For the merchant shipping sector we have mattresses that provide greater comfort and firmness, such as HR with a layer of superior viscoelastic of between 1.5 and 2cm. In long rooms where the crews of these colossus of the sea have to spend up to more than a month without stepping on land, the comfort and comfort of their cabins have to be reflected mainly at the time of rest.
From our range we highlight its advantage of gaining in adaptability and softness against standard mattresses with the help of the viscoelastic surface that they incorporate on the top. The HR foam cores adapt to the body and eliminate the pressure that can be exerted on it, providing a better rest avoiding having to change posture continuously. The HR foam for mattresses intended for cabins of large merchant ships is of variable density and gives a considerable firmness and support recovering at all times its shape, being able to manufacture from 20 kg/ m3 for a very soft mattress to those that exceed 50 kg/m3. All mattresses we manufacture are IMO and SOLAS certified for use in a maritime environment as demanding as freight transport, especially when it comes to hazardous products.

Living conditions on board merchant vessels require a more ergonomic resting place and even in fishing vessels, which, even if they are far removed from the previous ones, undergo constructive improvements in habitability. For this reason our line of mattresses is also adapted to the rigors of maritime transport and its conditions.
IMO mattress with low/medium density of 25Kg/m3 for merchant ships; Mattress suitable for merchant ships, 18 cm high, has a hypoallergenic open cell material that provides a rest and a well distributed firmness and is the perfect base for an ergonomic posture at rest, achieving uniform comfort. This is achieved thanks to the top layer of viscoelastic, achieving a recovery of the shape and returning the surface of the mattress to its original position without deformations also called "memory foam" effect. It is composed of M1-certified flame-retardant fibers according to UNE 23-727-90 fire rating and has a strech-quality sheath/tapestry, causing moisture to evaporate quickly.
