As manufacturers of fire-retardant mattresses and carpets for large cruise liners and the more than 30 years of experience accumulated we have come to achieve in the supply of custom mattresses as in the standards with fireproof quality a outstanding positioning within the maritime sector.

Our company founded for the 80’s and after two generations, have successfully adapted to the changes demanded by the IMO -(International Maritime Organization) – and SOLAS -(International Convention for the Safety of Human Life at Sea) – achieving great results in the entire range for the contract sector for the maritime field with the incorporation of fire-retardant and environmentally friendly fibres, combining comfort and preventive safety against fires, thanks to fire-retardant fibers with M1 certification according to UNE 23-727-90 fire reaction classification. Tests performed on our entire range of mattresses are subject to UNE 23-721-90 and UNE 23-735-94, resulting in the sample as M1 fireproof.

Spain being the second European country with an estimated volume of about 5 million crossers during 2017, we could not be oblivious to the growing demand required by these coloss of maritime tourism. Especially in ports such as Cadiz, Malaga, Valencia and Barcelona, the latter with just over 2.5 million passengers being the main port of cruise routes through the Mediterranean.

In our beginnings the company began by making repairs and replacements of sanifirex mattresses in everything related to naval upholstery and curtains, until gradually incorporating the experience of our expert craftsmen to develop the different models of cabin mattresses that to this day we continue to produce with great results and that adapt to the different cabins, whether indoors, exterior or type suites of any ocean liner.
