As artisans of the traditional spring mattress since our foundation and as the laws were regulated with stricter rules on fires, we incorporated M1 fire proof padding into the structure of each mattress model. After the first few years following the inertia of the sector and manufacturing mainly for the hotel sector, we began to turn our attention to the naval sector, in particular to satisfy a clear growth market such as that of large ocean liners using certified woven mattresses in the manufacture of woven mattresses.
The main advantage of spring mattresses is their breathability. They offer optimal ventilation thanks to their 4 aeration valves. Thus helping to prevent the proliferation of mites and bacteria that can be harmful to health.
In our factory we manufacture mattresses with continuous yarn springs, bionic and packed, all wrapped in a flame-retardant padding M1 that has passed the strictest controls according to UNE-EN 597-1:2016 (which overrides the old UNE-EN 597-1:1995); Furniture. The continuous yarn fire-retardant mattress we manufacture is specific to ocean liners, they are flame retardant M1 and WITHOUT IGNITION according to UNE-EN 597-1 and UNE 23-727-90 standards, steel spring block of 2.2mm section, heat treatment and a total height of 23cm and 25cm. Standard manufacturing sizes 150x190cm, 135x190cm and 90x190cm. Its padding sits are certified to prevent and eliminate all types of mites and bacteria as well as the quality (Oeko Tex) free of harmful substances, in addition to being fireproof, having passed the fire regulations UNE 23-721-90 and UNE Standard 23-735-94, giving as a result in a sample classified as M1 fireproof.
