In recent years polyurethane mattresses have evolved a lot, the concept "memory foam" HR has made the foam acquire new and improved qualities, making it recover its original position after hours of rest. Even when making seats and sofas, these novel foams are used that incorporate viscoelastic materials in different areas.
In order to bring this new improvements in mattresses, we adapt the benefits of the line to the nautical sector, especially to boats, which, although limited in order, comprises pleasure boats, auxiliary fishing boats and small boats that they reach up to a 24-metre in area, in which beds and cabins are installed in many small cases and modified to take advantage of the little space that these boats have, but which according to their design can sometimes house up to 4 and 5 cabins on luxury yachts.
After a few years of research and development of the different textile fibers, our boat mattresses are successfully adapted to the fire regulations for boats of all ports in Spain. Especially because of the climate and tourism that the Mediterranean coast has in addition to the traffic and registration of new boats has increased the demand for Flame retardant mattresses M1 with more resistant covers and adapted to nautical environments.
